About KeepFive

Showing up is a skill.

Attention is the rep.

I've spent 10+ years learning it.

I'm Junyan Liu, most people call me Max. For most of my career, I've been a senior executive. Long days. Constant decisions. Little room for the people I love, for play, for presence. Too often, what was left in the end was disappointment.

For more than ten years, I've also kept a daily meditation practice, rooted in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. Some days it's more than an hour. Some days it's only five minutes. But it's every day.

That practice taught me something simple: what changes you isn't intensity. It's returning. One thing, done with full attention, again and again, until your focus grows clear and steady around what truly matters to you.

It also taught me how hard that is. Not because we don't know what to do, but because showing up, every single day, is a skill most of us were never taught.

And it's only getting harder. More feeds. More AI. More information. Less attention left for the things that deserve it, especially for the young people growing up inside all that noise.

So I built KeepFive. No feeds. No streak anxiety. No ten-step routines. Just one practice, at least five minutes, with your full attention. Every day.

KeepFive keeps you on the path toward a more meaningful way of being. You don't need to meditate. You don't need any belief. You just need to come back.

I'm practicing right alongside you.
