Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

KeepFive offers a 7-day free trial, then $12.99/month or $77.99/year, auto-renewing until cancelled. Cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period. Cancelling during the trial means no charge.

If you request a refund within 14 days of the first charge on a monthly or yearly subscription, you receive a full refund, no questions asked.

After those 14 days, we do not refund unused time in a paid period, except where required by law.
