KeepFive (https://keepfive.app) is a habit and attention-practice web app.

KeepFive lets you commit to one practice and return to it for at least five minutes a day. It is a habit and attention-practice tool. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. KeepFive makes no health or spiritual claims.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use an online service, whichever is higher.

Paid access starts with a 7-day free trial, then $12.99/month or $77.99/year. An invited Kindred’s first year is $57.99 when that offer is open, then $77.99. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You may cancel anytime from Account, which opens Paddle’s customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of the paid period already purchased. Cancelling during the trial means no charge.

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. In short: a full refund, no questions asked, if requested within 14 days of the first charge. After that, no refunds for unused time in a paid period, except where required by law.

If we permanently discontinue the service, we will stop all future charges and refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription, calculated day by day from the date the service ends. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider, Paddle.

You can sign in with an email link. Keep your inbox under your control. We store your email and subscription status so Premium stays attached to you across devices.

After a check-in you may write one sentence. Sharing it is optional.

If you check “Allow KeepFive to share this anonymously,” you grant KeepFive a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, edit for typos, and display that sentence. We sign it in public only with an initial and a country. We review it before publishing. This grant cannot be withdrawn. KeepFive may remove any line at its own discretion. The grant is a license, not a transfer of copyright.

Use KeepFive lawfully and for your own practice. Do not try to break, scrape, or overload the service. Practice data you enter lives in your browser unless you choose to share a streak link.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are an agreement between you and Junyan Liu, who operates KeepFive.
